About Jill Krout & Associates

Jill Krout & Associates is a technical writing firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company was founded by Jill Krout, an accomplished manager with over 20 years experience in business and technology management. Her unique expertise in IT management, contract staffing, and contract sourcing help her to understand her clients' needs.

Currently, she is an active participant in local chapters of several professional communication and IT organizations. In addition, she is a faculty member at Capella University, teaching technical communications to Masters in IT candidates. Jill recently joined the Technical Communications Advisory Board for University of Wisconsin, Stout.
